One Hope does not want the skills and talents of individuals with developmental impairments to be wasted once their schooling is complete. 

Individualized employment consulting is offered to handicapped children once we identify their potential and interests through one-to-one counselling. 

By assessing their entrepreneurial potential, it also assists people with impairments in creating a successful business.
